Companies often struggle to capture users' attention effectively and drive them toward desired actions. Without a landing page, the company’s message can become scattered and unfocused, resulting in a suboptimal user experience and missed conversion opportunities. A landing page allows companies to communicate their core values and service benefits clearly and concisely, making it easier for users to understand and take action, thereby enhancing visibility, strengthening the brand, and optimizing conversions.
Solution
To address the need for a focused and effective digital presence, a dedicated landing page offers a streamlined solution. By centralizing key messaging, benefits, and calls-to-action on a single page, a landing page creates a cohesive user experience that drives engagement and boosts conversions.
My Role
As a UI/UX Designer, my role in this project focused on creating an effective user experience and visually appealing landing page. My first task was to thoroughly understand the client’s brief to ensure that each design element aligns with the business objectives and the message they want to convey. With a clear understanding, I designed an intuitive and mobile-responsive landing page to provide an optimal user experience across various screen sizes. Additionally, I was responsible for creating all graphical elements needed on the website, such as icons, illustrations, and other visuals, all of which support the brand identity and enhance the company’s visual communication.
Design Process
To complete this project, I structured the workflow into several stages to map out the entire project clearly. This approach allowed me to ensure that each aspect of the project received equal attention to detail and quality in execution. Each stage was designed to ensure that all elements, from initial design to graphic development, received optimal focus so that the final result met client expectations and effectively achieved the project’s goals.
Discovery
In this initial phase, I conducted requirement gathering to collect all essential information from the client regarding the project’s objectives and needs. We held in-depth discussions to understand the target audience, key features required, and desired visual direction. A realistic deadline was also set during this phase to keep each stage on track.
Concepting
This phase focused on establishing the concept and visual standards for the design. I reviewed the graphic standards manual to understand Otakutik Studio’s visual guidelines. Next, I created a moodboard to determine the design atmosphere, color scheme, and visual style that would reinforce the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
Outcome
In the final phase, I completed the final design of the landing page, ensuring it aligned with the agreed-upon concept. Additionally, I prepared a style guide and design components to maintain visual consistency across all elements. The final outcome was a ready-to-use landing page design, complete with graphic components that could be applied to Otakutik Studio’s digital assets.
